Due to the nature of our digital products — which are custom-made and delivered via a unique link — all sales are considered final once the video has been delivered and/or accessed.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee only if:

  • The order cannot be fulfilled as promised, or

  • There is a proven technical error on our side before the video is accessed.

Personalized digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered and viewed.
Refund requests are subject to review by our support team, and may be declined if there is no evidence of technical error, service failure, or clear non-fulfillment.

However, if you are not satisfied with the final product, we are happy to offer a free re-recording of the video based on your feedback.
